Gimme AI Terms of Service

These terms set out what you can expect from Gimme AI and what we expect from you. Please read them before using the companion chat.

1. Acceptance of these terms

   By opening gimme-ai.net or using the Gimme AI companion chat you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of them, please stop using the site.

2. Who may use Gimme AI

   You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement in your country of residence. Access by minors is prohibited.

3. Description of the service

   Gimme AI presents fictional companion characters that reply to your messages automatically. It is an entertainment and companionship product, nothing more.

4. Fictional characters

   Every companion shown on Gimme AI is invented. Names, ages, home towns, biographies and images are creative works and do not depict real, identifiable individuals or real events.

5. Not professional advice

   Nothing said by a companion is medical, psychological, legal, financial or safety advice. Do not rely on it for any decision of consequence, and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

6. Emergencies

   Gimme AI is not a crisis service. If you or someone else is at risk of harm, contact your local emergency number or a recognised crisis line immediately.

7. Account registration

   Where an account is required you agree to give accurate details, keep your credentials confidential and accept responsibility for everything done through your account.

8. One account per person

   Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell, transfer or operate multiple accounts to evade limits or enforcement action.

9. Acceptable use

   You agree not to use Gimme AI to harass others, break the law, distribute malware, scrape the site at scale, resell access, or attempt to interfere with the service or its infrastructure.

10. Prohibited content

    You may not submit content that is illegal, that sexualises minors in any form, that promotes violence or hatred, or that infringes another person's rights. Violations end access immediately and permanently.

11. Automated access

    Crawling, scraping, framing or automated collection of pages or conversation content is not permitted without our prior written consent.

12. Reverse engineering

    You may not decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the underlying models, prompts or source code of Gimme AI, or use its output to train a competing system.

13. Your content

    You retain ownership of what you write. You grant Gimme AI a limited licence to store, process and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

14. Our content

    The Gimme AI name, character designs, imagery, text, layout and code are protected by intellectual property law and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

15. Trade marks

    “Gimme AI” and the Gimme AI mark belong to us. Nothing in these terms grants you a right to use them in any commercial context.

16. Third-party links and destinations

    Some buttons and links lead to external destinations we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or practices, and your dealings with them are entirely your own.

17. Fees and payments

    Some features may be offered on a paid basis. Where they are, the price, billing period and renewal behaviour are shown clearly before you commit.

18. Renewals and cancellation

    Paid plans that renew automatically continue until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges and access continues to the end of the period already paid for.

19. Refunds

    Refunds are handled in line with applicable consumer law and the terms displayed at the point of purchase. Contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.

20. Availability of the service

    Gimme AI is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, upgrades and faults may interrupt access, and we do not promise uninterrupted operation.

21. Changes to the service

    We may add, alter or withdraw features, including individual companions, as the service develops. Significant changes are announced on the site where practical.

22. Suspension and termination

    We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, harms other users, or exposes us to legal risk. You may stop using Gimme AI at any time.

23. Disclaimer of warranties

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gimme AI is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of output.

24. Limitation of liability

    To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the service.

25. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify Gimme AI against claims, damages and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.

26. Force majeure

    Neither party is liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond reasonable control, including outages of upstream providers, natural events or governmental action.

27. Governing law

    These terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of establishment of the operator of Gimme AI, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

28. Dispute resolution

    Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. Most issues are settled quickly this way.

29. Severability and waiver

    If a provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.

30. Updates to these terms

    We may revise these terms from time to time. The date shown at the top of the page marks the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept it.
